Final fantasy is a beautiful game with an amazing soundtrack. As I played through the game, I grew very attached to some of its characters and the music from the soundtrack. With a few of the many things that went wrong with this game, I'll tell you why this game doesn't sit in my top 5.

What Is FFXV About?

Final Fantasy XV is an action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix. It originally went under the name Final Fantasy Versus Vlll, but was later changed to Final Fantasy XV, as we know it today. It's the fifteenth main installment of the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy XV is focused around Noctis Lucis Caelum, the prince of a dynasty that rules a city state that has the last remaining crystal. After the crystal is stolen by an invading nation, Niflheim, a global conflict ensues with all other nations wanting to steal it for their own gain.

At 6 years old, Noctis' father assigns Ignis Stupeo Scientia, who was 8 at the time to protect Noctis and stay by his side. Ignis, Prompto Argentum, and Gladiolus Amicitia, work under the Crownsguard and accompany Noctis on his journey.

Ignis is my favorite character, as he has proven many times how loyal he is to Noctis. Ignis has a serious personality, and while calm most of the time, will make puns or sarcastic jokes. He's the brains of the group, being in-depth with his strategies and disliking ambiguity. Ignis is proud of his cooking skills, and chooses to drive as he only trusts himself to. Playing Ignis's dlc caused me to grow more attached to him and really see how well written of a character he is. You really see how much he cares for Noct and wont hesitate to sacrifice himself for his sake. I feel like Gladio and Prompto would do the same, but it feels so much stronger with Ignis.

How do I feel about the game?

I think this game is pretty Mediocre overall, I would give it a 7/10. I give it this rating because I think that Square Enix failed to include more of the story. When I finished the game I kind of just sat there and stared and the screen for a while, I still had so many questions and I feel like a lot of the characters weren't fleshed out enough. For a game that took a whole 10 years to make, it really feels so unfinished. FFXV had sooo much potential to be a great game but it missed the mark entirely, starting with the lack of a Noctis backstory, and the lack of information on how The Kingdom was like during King Regis and Noctis' Mother's reign, and how they died passing the power to him. Lunafreya Nox or Luna, is the main heroine and Noctis's wife to be. She was a former princess of Tenebrae and is a captive of the Niflheim Empire the whole game. How did this happen? Niflheim invaded Tenebrae and killed many officials of the royal family, including Lunafreya's mother, Queen Sylva. While fleeing from imperial forces with Regis and Noctis, Lunafreya chose to stay behind so she wouldn't slow him down, and Tenebrae was surrendered to Niflheim's control. She was held in captivity, so it is implied she had a rough childhood. Keep in mind that I got this from the internet, This is not explained in the story. Couldn't we have seen some more scenes with her and what her life was like in captivity? or even a little more story on how she met Noctis? She is supposed to be an important character but its hard to see her as one when she rarely got any screen time. Don't get me started with the dlc's for Gladio, Prompto, and Ignis, when their stories would be so much better in the full game.

Summary:
